The Shannon Centre - Ilford
The Shannon centre has been established for 25 years, offering a wide range of entertainment for all age groups. The Shannon Centre consists of three individual venues offering different theme nights and music types. Each venue holds a large capacity, whether it is a small party or a full banqueting function.
The Shannon Centre has currently undergone a major refurbishment program to offering our customers air-conditioned venues. We offer a variety of promotions, which are updated on a regular basis so there is always something our customers can benefit from.
From January 30th we will have live Irish music each and every Sunday evening in Berties Bar. While O’Connors Bar will provide the finest Irish acoustic talent every weekend.
We also offer our venues for banqueting for weddings, parties and other events, please contact management for further details. We have an Irish dinner menu also.
The Shannon Centre is based in Seven Kings Ilford, Essex which is a prime location and easily accessible by road, rail and other public transport. We are directly opposite Seven Kings Mainline Station, only 15 minutes from London Liverpool Street.

The Irish Club was founded in 1950. Its membership is drawn from a wide cross-section of professions and age groups. Members include not only those of Irish birth, but also those with strong Irish connections through descent, marriage, residence or work. Although it is a private members' club, it prides itself on its informality and friendliness.
The Club is currently in the process of acquiring new premises. Once new premises have been secured, the Club will offer members a top class venue in which to relax, meet friends and socialise. The Club will offer the perfect venue for entertaining - either privately or for business. It will re-commence the lively social calendar for which the Club was noted when it resided at Belgravia.

Owenriff Nursing Home
Owen Riff Nursing Home comprises of 40 beds both private and semi private. All bedrooms are spacious and have large en-suites with wheelchair access, a 21” mulitchannel TV and direct-dial phone. At each bedside there is a nurse-call facility linked directly to the nurse’s station. Services include 24 hour nursing care, with Irish speaking staff, on call doctor and treatment rooms. Hairdressing chiropody and manicuring are just a few of the services on offer – in fact we will endeavour to cater to any personal requirements our residents might have. A full activities programme has been designed to cater for both groups and individual residents such programs are developed in consultation with residents. A broad range of activities including arts & crafts and painting, musical evenings, bingo, board games exercise classes and gardening can also be organised.
