We've got a whole new look and system at IrishinBritain.com - check it out here
However! - all your old log-ins should work on our new system and you should find it even easier to log on and post your own articles...
We still have some tidying up to do and a few articles to transfer over... but we're getting there.
If you have any problems, just mail iib_team@irishinbritain.com
G'luck now!

Home Improvements can be a tricky, trying time for home owners, especially if communication with the builders breaks down and building work overruns.
Channel 4 Television is producing a major new documentary series on how to make the building experience a happier one.
We are looking at cases where a stalemate has arisen between builder and homeowner and both parties feel they need help to get the building project back on track.
A leading industry expert will be on hand to give you his advice and to help resolve any problems – free of charge.
Are you a builder who just wants to get the job done or a client fed up of living on a building site?
If so we’d like to hear from you

Dear Irish in Britain,
On November 8th 2007, Causeway Irish Housing Association is hosting its annual fundraising gig at Ryans Bar in Stoke Newington, London N16. This year the event will be headlined by rising star and Causeway tenant Maighread Neligan. However, we are looking for Irish musicians, of any style or instrument, who would be willing to come down and perform a few numbers for free. All proceeds will go towards our life skills project, which supports and enables our unemployed tenants to find work and/or training.
If the word could be put out on your website I'd be very grateful. If people want to contact me directly regarding this event they are more than welcome to on this e mail or on 020 8365 1751.
Many thanks
John Woods
life skills co ordinator
